Pinnacle Hotels & Restaurants

Job Position: Marketing Graphic Designer

At a time of expansion for Pinnacle Hotels, with three LeMéridien properties joining the Pinnacle portfolio, I led the UI/UX of the hotels’ websites using Figma, starting with Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier, to better align with customer expectations and position the brand as a leader in luxury hospitality. Additionally, I worked alongside the Marketing Manager and Regional Manager to promote Pinnacle Skytower, the tallest residential building in Canada. The tower will also be home to the new Le Méridien Toronto, for which I developed storytelling concepts and impactful visual assets that communicate a sense of lifestyle, sophistication, and luxury.

My role consisted of leading the creation of branding guidelines and visual identities for the eight distinct brands within the Pinnacle portfolio, ensuring consistency and bringing each to life through marketing campaigns. I designed brand assets such as menus, promotional materials, print and digital ads, property signage, landing pages, email campaigns, and more while enhancing the guest experience at every touchpoint.

Music & Sips Brunch Campaign x Cloud House

Last summer at Pinnacle, Pier 7 Restaurant partnered with Cloud House to promote their Colombian Coffee Rum through a special event series called Music, Sips & Brunch. The goal was to introduce guests to Cloud House’s products; Colombian Coffee Rum while celebrating Latin American culture and nature. The event featured handcrafted cocktail recipes made with Cloud House and a limited‑edition brunch menu.

My role was to develop a creative direction that combined Pier 7, Cloud House, and the essence of Colombian culture. I brought this concept to life with a series of printed and digital promotional assets, including brochures, menus, posters, social ads, email campaigns, and on‑property signage.

To bring the story to life, I decided to use bright colours that matched Pier 7's colour palette and combined them with musical elements and nature illustrations. These touches represented Colombia’s vibrant biodiversity and the energetic spirit behind Cloud House’s Coffee Rum. The result was a cohesive visual identity that felt festive, culturally grounded, and true to both brands.
