Next-One is a property management company located in Medellin, Colombia focused on taking an innovative approach to property management. The goal was to create a more intuitive, user-focused platform that simplified everyday interactions and improved the overall experience for residents. During the research phase of the website redesign, we discovered that roughly 10-20% of property management companies in Colombia had strong, intuitive user interfaces that actually supported everyday administrative tasks. Most platforms were outdated, difficult for residents to navigate. We also discovered that the majority of property management companies in Medellín didn’t have a digital platform at all.

Based on this insight, we approached the project more like a product rather than a traditional website. One of the main features we introduced was the Buildings Portal — a centralized experience where users can search for their building, access legal documents, view updates, and complete tasks such as accessing their bill and paying their administration fees.

By consolidating these tasks into a single, intuitive interface, we transformed what was previously a manual, unintuitive process into a seamless workflow.

The final product was adopted across 15+ properties, and resident feedback highlighted how intuitive and useful the new experience felt. The redesign didn’t just modernize the brand, it elevated the service offering.
