Julia Falci is a Holistic Business Coach and Marketing Strategist based in Vancouver with over 12 years in corporate marketing building award-winning digital strategies. As her coaching skills and experience grew day by day, she then realized it was time for her website to reflect all that growth as well. The goal of the redesign was to create a digital presence that reflected her grounded, holistic approach while presenting her offerings in a intuitive way that generated conversions.

We began with a holistic discovery phase, diving into her business strategy, target audience, and service structure. One of the main challenges with this project was that she had a lot of services and content so I continued by mapping out user flows and information architecture in Figma to ensure the content was intuitive and easy to navigate. Once approved, I translated the mid‑fidelity wireframes into Squarespace, implementing her brand identity, photography, hover animations, and custom CSS to elevate the experience.

The results were beyond her expectations. I attended the website launch event, where clients highlighted the intuitive interface design. The structure and visual hierarchy made the the content feel approachable rather than overwhelming. Within the first three months, the website achieved a 1.59% conversion rate, validating both the design decisions and the strategic foundation behind them.
